Join Army Community Service (ACS) and show off your decorating skills. This is a family-friendly event and a great opportunity for the Fort Belvoir Community to come together. There will be pumpkin crafts and oh-so many cookies to decorate. If you want to learn more about ACS, there will be opportunities for this as well. ACS provides so many services to our community.
